CLUB
The community club aims to help the underprivileged with a united front, and not only motivate youngsters to give back to the community but also spark hope during difficult times.
We believe that every single person has the ability to aid a distressed soul. Thus, through endless perseverance, we want to inspire people to take their own initiative in the future whilst also improving countless lives.
Achievements
by DPS STS Community Club and partnered by Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD) from JAAGO Foundation, successfully distributed more than
300 relief packets to families who were victims of the intense flooding catastrophe.
Project Poritran was actually an emergency
initiative, one taken to offer immediate
support to the helpless victims of the major
Sylhet flooding crisis. Starting on
26th June
with more than 60 volunteers and an
overwhelming 40 donors, we had
set our work
in motion.
We would like to thank our volunteers,
partners, donors, teachers and the staff for
having had our backs through all of it.
Thank you for coming forward when you all
were most needed, and thank you for
making our Project Poritran this big of a
success.
